Daybreak
a movement, not a moment.

The city isn't going to fix it.
But your neighbor will.

Daybreak is the platform where neighbors fund neighbors to fix what governments ignore. Post a problem. Back a Steward. Watch it actually happen, with video proof. No middlemen. No committee. Just people who decided to act.

How the loop works

Four steps from broken to fixed. One of them is you.

step 01

Someone sees the problem and decides to act

A Steward: Anyone with eyes on a local problem and the will to fix it, posts a before photo, names their goal, and sets a deadline. Identity is verified by Stripe. This is the moment a complaint becomes a commitment.

step 02

The neighborhood chips in

Anyone. a neighbor, a friend in a WhatsApp group, or a stranger who cares backs the Action for as little as $2. No account needed. Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. A 10% platform fee keeps the lights on.

step 03

The work gets done, and the outcome gets filmed

When the deadline hits, if the goal is met, the Steward does the work. Then they film a single uncut video showing the completed work and their unique Steward's Mark, a handwritten 3-word phrase + symbol that proves it's real. No AI. No fakes. Just proof of change.

step 04

The Steward gets paid. The block gets cleaner.

If no one flags fraud within 48 hours, Stripe pays the Steward directly, no committee, no delay. The block gets cleaner. The movement grows. Someone else sees it and posts the next Action.

this is what the future looks like

Every Action is a node in the network. Every node makes it harder to ignore.

Daybreak runs on the oldest force in human history: neighbors deciding to take care of each other. We just built the infrastructure for it to spread. Every cleaned park, every repaired street, every Steward who gets paid to do the work that should have been done, it all adds up. Not eventually. Now.
